We repositioned to HomeHero, the go-to for everything household management, a whole new category of product. HomeHero makes it simple to manage a home, lifting the mental burden experienced by renter's and allowing them to finally enjoy their space.
I lead the project to pivot the business and take full advantage of the untapped home sector.
User workshops and proposition testing showed us the life of a renter had become more demanding, leaving no time for home-related tasks.
We defined a new product category, ‘Home-as-a-Service’, designed the HomeHero brand and began building an experience to reduce the mental burden of renters.
