Overview

Boundaries between work and home are blurry and 'jobs to be done' accumulate. Contacting the landlord, switching suppliers and searching for a handyman can quickly feel overwhelming.

The HomeHero app lifts the mental burden of running a home by giving visibility of all home bills, 24-7 access to AI-supported help, and neighbourhood curated lists of local spots.

Highlights

  • Led launch of the first iOS and Android apps
  • Established and grew design team

Process

We ran user interviews and co-creation workshops to refine our early concepts. Iterative prototype testing with potential users then got us to a final design in 8 weeks.

We delivered the iOS and Android apps and began testing and learning on the live product to improve the experience. Read more about my time at HomeHero in this blog post.
