Driving around a city to find a parking space can be stressful. Parkable helps drivers navigate to empty spaces and pay for them when they arrive.
Our client had early access to smart city data in the UK. They wanted to trial ways of using it for B2C digital products. We designed a mobile app that help users find real-time available parking spots. Users can filter options to suit their needs and pay using the app’s digital wallet.
User co-creation workshops and group interviews helped us build on our initial ideas and create our first user flows.
We made digital prototypes and live landing pages for further usability and A/B testing to decide which concept to take into the build phase. We worked closely with the client’s development team to create a demo app that could be used to present back to the business.
